Why would anyone give you a €349 machine for €0?
Because you'll drink our coffee for three years. That's the whole trick. We pay for the machine, you pay €49 a month for coffee and delivery, and at month 36 the machine is yours. Leave earlier and you only pay what's left on it. No fees, no lawyers, no "gotcha".

Is the machine really €0, or is it hidden in the €49?
It's in the €49, honestly. That's why the plan is 36 months. You'd pay about the same for the coffee alone from a good roaster; the machine is the part we eat.
What if I want out after a year?
You pay what's left on the machine, €233 after 12 months, and it's yours. The coffee stops. No other fee.
Can I mix beans and capsules?
Yes. The box has six slots: a 1 kg bag fills all six, a box of capsules fills one. In PLAY that means one bag, or up to six boxes of capsules in any mix. In PLAY+ you have two rows: one bag plus six boxes is a popular combo. Change it any month.
Is it the same price in month 30 as in month 1?
Yes. €49 or €79, locked for the whole 36 months. Shop prices move, your plan doesn't.
Can I buy extra coffee?
Any time, in the shop, with your plan code: 10 % off everything we roast, for as long as your plan runs.
What if I hate it?
30 days. Send the machine back (return shipping is on you), we refund the first month and you keep the coffee.
