The foam comes out perfect. But every time I froth, milk burns on one side and takes a lot of scrubbing to get off. Cocoa burns especially badly, I don't even want to make it any more because of the washing: long soaking, scrubbing. Otherwise I really like it, I use it almost every day, and it has lasted 10 months so far.
It īpaši piedeg kakao, to pat negribas vairs taisīt tieši mazgāšanas dēļ, ilgi jāmērcē, jāberž. Citādi ļoti patīk, lietoju gandrīz katru dienu, kalpo jau 10 mēnešus.

I've been using the frother for about a month and so far I'm very happy. It works flawlessly, froths milk quickly and heats it well. The foam comes out thick and creamy, with regular and plant-based milk alike. It's very simple to use and easy to clean. No complaints so far, and I can recommend it.

I asked via both Instagram and Facebook for instructions on making matcha; on Facebook there was no reply at all, and on Instagram I was asked to get in touch by email. Now I got a newsletter asking me to follow the shop on social media. What's the point of running social accounts if there's no communication with customers through them? The products get a full 5; because of the non-existent communication, the rating is 3.

I'm very happy. It's lovely to froth different drinks. It has already become a daily pleasure to make a nice matcha-coconut frothed drink or peppermint cocoa. The frother is quiet and fast for both hot and cold drinks. Recommended.
Ma olen väga rahul. Väga mõnus on vahustada erinevaid jooke. Soovitan.

A device that works well and makes good milk foam; cocoa is also handy to make with it. A nice device for the price, and it works. I don't necessarily see it lasting very long: ours was replaced once under a complaint, because milk kept sticking to one and the same edge during the normal programme, and when making cocoa it burnt on brown. The new device does exactly the same, at least when making milk foam, though not quite as badly as the previous one. Rinsing as the manual suggests isn't enough to wash off milk that has stuck.

Makes nicely fluffy foam quickly and quietly. When I wanted to make several in a row, it stopped working, no foam; it needs to cool for longer. Easy to clean right after use, but after a couple of weeks the CHiATO name has started wearing off, smearing as if drawn on with a marker.

Stylish, sturdy, works quietly, simple controls. I've already tried matcha at home, I wouldn't have believed it could be as tasty as in good cafés.

Cleaning the device is very tedious, and getting it completely clean isn't really possible. It doesn't come apart and can't be washed under running water. That means the area under the whisk collects all sorts of gunk and there's no way to clean it out. A pity, because the matcha and cocoa come out delicious.

The milk frother does its job very well. If it doesn't froth the milk, that doesn't mean the frother is to blame. First try a different brand of milk. That's how I ended up buying a second frother. Pieno plakiklis savo darbą atlieka labai gerai. Overall the product does its job, but sadly it's disappointing that if you start it and wait for it to finish frothing milk or heating cocoa on its own, the milk/cocoa always burns, or sticks to the bottom. So you always have to find the right moment to stop it early, which does make the product disappointing.
Kopumā produkts pilda savu funkciju, bet diemžēl ir vilšanās par to ka ja tiek palaists un gaidīts kamēr pats pabeidz putot pienu vai sildīt kakao, vienmēr piens/kakao piedeg , jeb pierauj pie apakšējā plaknes. Tapēc vienmēr ir jātrod tas īstais laiks pirms to apstādināt pirms, kas tomēr liek vilties produktā.

Bought for making hot chocolate: it comes out very tasty, but cleaning is a hassle because milk burns on one side every time. I don't know if it's a defect in our unit or a problem with all of them. Frothing milk is fine.
Putojot pienu viss ok.

My new favourite. It takes coffee to a new level. You can't even tell whether you're drinking coffee or not. And there's just so much foam, fluffy, yet firm and velvety. Warmly recommended. Mine is the pistachio colour. Let's say seeing is believing.
Minu uus lemmik. See viib kohvi maailmas uuele tasemele. Soovitan soojalt. Minul endal on just see pistacio värvi. Ütleme nii oma silm on kuningas.

The first unit I received didn't work, but it was replaced quickly. Firm foam comes out really well, with both cow's and plant milk. There's a bit too much of it, but the result is good. Airy foam with cow's milk starts spilling over the top, even with the minimum amount of milk.
Pirmas aparatas, kurį gavau, neveikė, tačiau buvo greitai pakeistas. Tvirta puta gaunasi tikrai kokybiškai, tiek su karvės, tiek su augaliniu pienu. Jos kiek daugoka, bet rezultatas geras. Airy puta su karvės pienu pradeda veržtis per viršų, net pripylus minimalų kiekį pieno.

Umbes nädala proovinud. Teen vist midagi valesti. Panen min. tasemele piima, sooja tugeva vahustamise ja alati on pool väga head tugevat vahtu ja pool osa on täiesti vahustamata. Piim on 3,5 protsendiline tavaline Muidu tore masin

Just the right size of milk frother for me (a one-person household). I also like that it's quiet and doesn't beep. The foam can be firm or airy as needed.
Juuri sopivan kokoinen maidonvaahdotin itselleni (1 hengen kotitalous).

A lovely quiet milk frother and handy. It just takes some learning when to switch it off, because otherwise the milk foam gets too stiff. It's lovely how quickly and quietly it warms milk, and even better once you manage a looser foam 😄 I mostly use fat-free milk drink and all of them get too stiff if you let the programme run to the end.
Coffee Friend customer Verified purchasevia kahvikaveri.fiTranslated from Finnish ·
Having used it a few times now, I have to say what a fun device for a one-person household! The value for money is pretty unbeatable, and the build seems high quality. The cream-coloured metal body is as pretty as candy! Besides three kinds of milk foam, it makes a cup of cocoa super conveniently: oat milk, cocoa powder and a little sugar in, and a couple of minutes later you have a cup at just the right temperature. Thanks to the coating, cleaning is easy but not very convenient, since the bowl is a fixed part of the electrical unit, which mustn't get wet. You learn to wash it carefully, but you have to be attentive. I'd also have liked a beep when it's finished. All in all, though, a really delightful purchase!
Kaiken kaikkiaan kuitenkin oikein ilahduttava ostos!

Very good machine, only after 2 weeks did I realise there's another whisk attachment on the lid.😀 Froths quietly, I make basically 1 latte at a time, or two cappuccinos when less milk and more foam is needed. Only a pity that the CHiATO name washed off right away with water.🙂
Coffee Friend customer Verified purchasevia kavosdraugas.ltTranslated from Lithuanian ·
Froths both cold and hot milk very well, matcha too. Only, it's not true that it cleans itself just by adding water and running it, you definitely need a sponge (there's milk stuck to the bottom).

Nothing good about this frother. It doesn't make firm foam at all. When I brought it back to the store and said it doesn't do anything, the staff acted like they were seeing the thing for the first time and started reading the manual on how it works. Then they brought room-temperature shelf milk (the kind that doesn't need a fridge) and it frothed. So I think the advertising should first of all say that the milk can't be cold! Because it can't froth normal milk from the fridge, and if it sort of works, it takes not 30 seconds but two rounds of 2.5 minutes in several modes, I checked. I bought this so I wouldn't have to heat milk in the microwave and would get milk foam too. Now it sits in its box and I don't know what to do with it ☹️
Nieko gero iš to plaktuvo.

Works great, but maintenance isn't as simple as claimed. Just rinsing is enough if you frothed cold milk; heating any milk leaves a residue that needs a proper wash, and that's not really possible, it gets messy.

A very worthwhile device. I don't know, maybe other milk frothers have it too, but I like that this one can also simply heat milk. I bought it for my girlfriend, but in the end I probably use it more myself.
