Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery costs & times
Shipping costs and delivery estimates depend on your destination country. The exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, once you select your delivery country and proceed to payment.
Many destinations qualify for free shipping once your order reaches a certain value — this threshold also depends on the country and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status anytime from your account under Orders. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.
Customs & duties
For deliveries within the EU, no extra customs charges apply. For destinations outside the EU, any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Missing, delayed, or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
