Frequently asked questions

Using this machine, you can brew coffee using whole beans, but it takes a bit more than a press of a button: you have to grind some coffee straight into a dedicated holder first, then insert the holder into the appliance.
While this isn't a bean-to-cup machine in the traditional sense (that is, you can't go from bean to cup at the mere touch of a button), it's still very easy to use.
When it comes to drinks brewed using pre-ground coffee or capsules though, this machine does enable you to prepare them at the press of a button.
We recommend using cold milk (at a temperature of ~5 °C) with a fat content of 2.5–4.5%. If using plant-based drinks, keep in mind that barista-type oat or soy milk tends to work best.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
You can use cups that are up to 13-cm-tall.
The machine leaves the factory with the grind size dial being pointed towards size 2, which is suited best for the espresso brewing method.
If you're going to use this brewing method, test the grind size out first. Depending on the results, you can then make it coarser or finer.
If you're going to use any other brewing method, adjust the grind size by following the instructions provided in the user manual.
You can do it in a couple of different ways:
1. Use Dolce Gusto-compatible hot chocolate or cocoa capsules. 2. Pour some hot chocolate or cocoa powder into a cup, then select the milk foam feature and mix well.

Impressive for the price
Didnt expect a machine like this to have a built in grinder, works really well and the black finish looks premium.

Good machine but big learning curve
Took me a week to figure out all the settings but now I make lattes everyday. The milk frother attachment is a nice touch.

We really like it. It took a little time at first to get used to it and experiment, but now we're very happy. I like that you can choose the coffee strength and different drinks. The machine is small but capable. Cleaning the milk system is easy day to day, and the machine reminds you itself when regular maintenance is due. The latte is lovely, the milk foam is proper. An excellent result for the money!
Latte on väga mõnus, piimavaht korralik. Selle raha eest suurepärane tulemus!

A great machine with a grinder; it makes coffee from ground coffee and from capsules. Perfect for small kitchens. Recommended
Super ekspres z młynkiem, robi kawę z kawy mielonej oraz z kapsułek. Świetnie pasuje do małych kuchni. Polecam

The machine is great! I've been using it for almost 2 months. At first we had some trouble frothing milk, but that was my fault for not reading the manual properly. I recommend reading the manual cover to cover. You definitely need to get a feel for the machine and keep it clean, and it'll reward you with delicious, aromatic coffee. Especially recommended if you have a small kitchen and limited space, and you can make several kinds of coffee depending on what you and your guests like.
Polecam szczególnie jeśli macie małą kuchnię i ograniczone miejsce, a można zrobić kilka rodzajów kawy w zależności od upodobań naszych i naszych gości.

Recommended. Makes coffee quickly, the design and use aren't complicated, it takes up little space and it's versatile.
Rekomenduoju. Greitai pagaminą kavą, dizainas ir naudojimas nėra sudėtingas, užima nedaug vietos bei yra universalus.

The machine has been in daily use for about a month: fairly simple, we've tried all the brewing options and they work, and the drinks taste good. It's compact and good-looking, and making drinks for two is no hassle. For now I have to take off one star because there have already been two mysterious glitches: a couple of times the milk didn't froth and just came out warm, and for a few days the bean grinder protested, wrongly claiming the bean container was empty when it clearly wasn't. For the record, we read the manual carefully and look after the machine as instructed. Since these issues sorted themselves out after a while, we're giving it another chance, because otherwise it's a good coffee machine.

Small and neat, and the coffee tastes excellent. Being able to choose between ground coffee, beans or capsules lets you try different versions. Ideal for 2 people
Mały,zgrabny a do tego kawa smakuje wyśmienicie. Możliwość wyboru kawy mielonej, sypanej czy w kapsułkach pozwala smakować różne wersje kawy. Idealny dla 2 osob

Everything works as it should. You can even make tea with it. Unfortunately you can't adjust the temperature, at least I couldn't find a setting. Otherwise the temperatures are fine, but the milk only comes out warm. Coffee, tea and cocoa are hot. Warm milk on coffee is perfectly fine though. Hence 4 points, but otherwise a good machine.
Kõik töötab nagu vaja.Isegi teed saab sellega teha.

Broke fairly quickly: water started leaking from the bottom. Now it has to go for repair, which is quite difficult for me as it's in Riga.

Unfortunately the joy was short-lived. First the frother started acting up, then water began leaking from the bottom of the machine. I've been without it for a while now, because all the service centres are in Riga and it's hard to get it there.
Diemžēl prieki bija īsi. Vispirms putotājs kaut ko sāka niķoties, vēlāk ūdens pa aparāta apakšu sāka tecēt. Jau krietnu brīdi bez aparāta, jo servisa centri visi Rīgā, problemātiski nogādāt.

This machine is brilliant. Absolutely recommended. I had a De'Longhi before and it can't keep up with this one. The latte macchiato alone... a dream.
Die Maschine ist der Hammer. Absolute Kaufempfehlung. Hatte vorher ne De Longhi. Die kommt bei dieser nicht mit. Alleine der Latte Macciato..ein Traum.

Got the machine today, plus 2 packs of capsules and a pack of beans as a gift.😍 Nice machine. Unfortunately there was no manual in Estonian, but luckily my phone helped and I figured it out. I'm very happy so far and recommend it 🥰
