SORSO Smart Premium Coffee Scale – Black

Minimalist lines, a tempered glass surface, and a solid aluminium body create a scale that’s bound to elevate your coffee space with its timeless style and durability.

Compact enough to sit neatly beneath the portafilter of your espresso machine, yet suited for pour-over and immersion brewing too, “Smart Premium” features three distinct modes: choose the espresso mode for automatic timing and weighing, or take advantage of one of the two manual modes to enjoy unmatched flexibility.

Enjoy complete control over the brewing process with the help of the advanced manual mode:
– Dose memory: have the ground coffee weight recorded before brewing.
– Auto-start: the timer and scale are activated automatically the moment you start pouring water.
– Flow rate bar: get visual feedback of your pouring speed measured in real time.
– Ratio display: monitor your coffee-to-water ratio, and switch between the timer and the ratio with a single touch.

The clear LED display provides effortless readability, showing the weight, time, ratio, and flow rate. Have all of the data available at a glance—whether you’re pulling a quick espresso, or crafting a slow pour-over brew.

The combination of a 1000 mAh lithium battery and a USB-C charging port ensures long-lasting performance and modern convenience—no need for disposable batteries.

With an impressive accuracy of 0.1 g, as well as a maximum capacity of 2000 g, “Smart Premium” guarantees reliable, repeatable results across all brewing methods.
